Negratín has signed a new contract for the installation of the low voltage network of 50% of a 196 MW plant to be constructed by Acciona Energía in Chile.

The plant is located in the Atacama region (Chile) and will have a total of 776,000 photovoltaic modules installed and a total capacity of 256 MWp, making it the largest photovoltaic plant in Latin America to date. It will generate the energy equivalent to the consumption of 240,000 households, and will prevent the emission of 474,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.

The new project continues the work that Negratín is currently carrying out in this country, reaffirming its experience with this type of project in Chile, demonstrating its consolidation in the Latam market.
