The NEURON-DONES project was designed with the aim of carrying out research to ensure the optimisation and improvement of processes at the IFMIF-DONES particle accelerator (Granada)<\/strong> in order to provide the infrastructure, from an early stage, with the latest technological and industrial trends for its optimal implementation and to advance on the path to fusion as the energy of the future. To this end, NEURON-DONES is based on four fundamental vectors: sustainability, safety, intelligent operation management and data flow optimisation<\/p>\n

NEGRAT\u00cdN\u00a0is member of the consortium NEURON-DONES<\/strong>, along with the companies Safr\u00e1n, Cuerva Energ\u00eda, Empresarios Agrupados Internacional (EAI), Opscura, Izertis, Plain Concepts and Sener Aeroespacial. Within the project, NEGRAT\u00cdN is responsible for the development and integration of HYDOR, an uninterruptible power supply<\/strong> intended to change the energy paradigm in Andaluc\u00eda through the development of advanced technologies and use of the H2 vector.<\/p>\n

HYDOR<\/strong>\u00a0shall consist on a virtual power generation plant (VPP) that will combine different energy vectors\u00a0(PV+H2) and different storage forms\u00a0BESS\u00a0&\u00a0H2\u00a0forming a hybrid energy system both renewable and intelligent<\/strong>. This system will supply one part of the consumption required by installations through renewable energies sources allowing also both the regulation of the supply preventing eventual network disruptions from affecting the operation of the highly sensitive accelerator devices, such as their autonomy in case of drop making an ordered stop of the whole system.<\/p>\n

The NEURON-DONES project with dossier number MIG 2022-1067, has been subsidized by the CDTI \u2013 Centre for Technological Development and Innovation<\/em>– through the Program \u201cMisiones CDTI\u201d of year 2022 and by the European Union – NextGenerationEU \u2013 Mechanism for recovery, transformation and resilience.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
