And if known, the means used to carry out the facts, what is the area of activity affected, the possible relevant impact on the work processes of Negratín Global Services S.L. and whether or not it has economic impact, and an approximate quantification (in euros).

In any case, the communication should be as descriptive, concrete and detailed as possible, thus making it easier for the recipient to identify the potentially irregular conduct and the person(s) or department(s) involved. Messages must not contain offensive words. You must attach the supporting documentation on which the complaint is based or evidence of the facts of the complaint available to you.

CLAUSE OF THE WHISTLEBLOWING CHANNEL

When providing your personal data for the purposes of reporting, you expressly consent its treatment by Negratin Global Services S.L. (responsible of treatment) at C/Caléndula 93-Miniparc III-Edif.H- 28109 Alcobendas-Madrid. This information will be treated in order to (i) process the report, (ii) decide on the suitability of opening an investigation and (iii) carrying out an investigation.

The necessary measures will be taken to ensure the confidentiality of personal data. Your data will be kept in the complaint system only for the time necessary and, in any case, for the maximum legal period established.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and portability by document addressed to the responsible of treatment to the address aforementioned attaching a copy of a document proving your identity or sending an email with the same documentation attached to rgpd@negratin.com. You are hereby informed also of your right to contact the Spanish Agency on Data Protection with respect to any issue regarding the treatment of your personal data.
