Ángel Noguera
Chairman of the Board
Industrial, Electrical Technical Engenieer, specialising in industrial electronics. Executive MBA in Business Management and Administration. Expert in installations and energy efficiency. Director of several companies in the construction sector. Co-founder, Managing Director and President of Negratín (1998-2023). President of the Association of Installers of Jaén (APEI) and President of the Federation of Associations of Installers of Andalusia (FADIA).
Celedonio Noguera
Board Vice-Chairman
MBA Executive in Business Management and Administration. Cofounder and Executive Vice-Chairman of Negratín for the last 25 years. With over 25 years of experience in the renewable energies sector his role has been crucial in the development, engineering, construction and operation of over 50 global energy projects of a total of 3.5GW.
Alexandre Díez
Director
Degree in Law, D.E.S in Banking and Financial Markets Law. He holds a Degree of Harvard Business School (OPM49) and is an expert in Renewable Energies Law, partner of López-Ibor Mayor Abogados, Director of several companies, Co-founder, Director and General Counsel of Lightsource Renewable Energy Ltd (2010-2017).
Francisco Martín

Executive Chairman of the Company URBAR INGENIEROS. Francisco is Mining Engineer and Master in Energy Technology and has vast experience in top management of Engineering and EPC companies such as DURO FELGUERA, ISOLUX and TSK. He was Managing Director at all of them achieving a considerable growth of project portfolios.
Nathanaël Krivine

Graduate of École Polytechnique and the University of Cambridge. Co-founder and Managing Partner of TiLT Capital Partners, a Paris-based €320m growth capital fund dedicated to the energy transition in Europe. He has over 17 years of international experience in the energy sector, notably in strategy, project development and M&A at ENGIE.
Nicolas Piau
Director
Holder of a PhD in Economics from Paris-Dauphine and a master's degree in political science and philosophy. Co-founder and CEO of TiLT Capital Partners, a Paris-based €320m growth capital fund dedicated to the energy transition in Europe. He has over 20 years of international experience in the energy sector, including as ENGIE Head of M&A and Corporate Development. First Mover Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
Julio Mendoza

Degree in Law by the University of Granada and Professor for several years of the Faculty of Law of this University, Department of Commercial Law. Business counsellor specially focused on commercial and labour areas exercising as member or secretary non-board member for several boards of directors. Member of the law firm Mendoza Abogados.
